The night the lights went out but I could see:
by: Daxie Rider
The night was pleasant in comfortable routine
Yet missing was the fire from our past
As we turned off the lights to get some rest
We lay in each other’s arms as we always do
Then she leaned to me and whispered “I love you”
Before I could respond, a sudden clasp surrounded my wrist.
The night the lights went out but I could see,
Now the darkness comforts me
The night the lights went out but I could see
I found my calling that burns deep inside of me
The metal around my wrist shackled me into place
She leaned to me and said “trust in me my love”
I struggled in confusion at the awkward feeling brewing
Tenderly she shackled each arm and leg, helpless was I yet free
I tried to ask what was going on, to that she said “Not now my boy”
These new terms she threw at me, naughty, dirty and demeaning.
The night the lights went out but I could see,
Now the darkness comforts me
The night the lights went out but I could see
I found my calling that burns deep inside of me
My heart skipped a beat, lost in emotions new to me
I heard her giggle as she started to torment my body teasingly
Words flowed from my mouth in pleading ecstasy
I saw little of what was done to me that night with my eyes
But my body and senses saw perfectly
The night the lights went out but I could see,
Now the darkness comforts me
The night the lights went out but I could see
I found my calling that burns deep inside of me
So now I see with not just my eyes
My body alive, the passion renewed
Full of wonder, excitement and unknown
Her pleasure my mission, her pleasure my reward.
